This Apps as we all know have two ticks, and we are made to understand that the second tick appears when your message is seen. This is untrue: the first tick tells you that the message has been delivered to the server, while the second tick shows that the message has been delivered to the recipient’s phone. The only way you can tell if the message has been read  is to check the recipient ‘s ‘last seen time, and make the assumption that they would have looked at the message the last time they used the app. And If the recipient is yet to reply your message, then I can categorically tell you that recipient is not ready to reply your message.
